Post Completion

When projects reach practical completion on site the legacies to be finalised will include both financial and practical issues. In terms of financial considerations these will mainly centre on the settlement of accounts both upstream with the Employer and downstream with the supply chain and may also involve dealing with loss adjusters and company administrators.

From experience, it is in this phase of most projects that staff resources become pressurised more than ever for various reasons including the impending ‘next’ project, staff leaving and other similar issues. Again, we can provide the flexibility of experienced and skilled staff to deal with these exigencies. The services we have been called upon to provide in these circumstances range from straightforward Final Account settlements to settlement of contentious accounts, accounts that have reached stalemate and dispute as well as subcontract accounts that are being handled by Administrators and or Insurers.
