Tom is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Construction Manager and Arbitrator, with over 40 years’ experience in the industry providing commercial and contract advice and training over a very wide range of project types and sizes, involving all the standard and many bespoke contract forms. Tom also acts as an expert witness and has been involved in all the dispute resolution processes, from mediation and adjudication to arbitration and litigation, both in the UK and internationally. Tom is accredited in adjudication by the CIOB.

Gary is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Arbitrator with over 30 years’ experience in providing tailor-made commercial and contractual management services. Specialising in the NEC suite of contracts Gary has devised strategies and led commercial teams on major projects in the negotiation and resolution of complex commercial issues, cost and process assurance audits, commercial and contract risk reviews and negotiations, as well as providing training on various contract forms in a variety of Building and Engineering Sectors. Gary has had considerable involvement in all forms of dispute resolution under various jurisdictions around the world.
