We are regularly involved in providing services in respect of multi-occupation retail park projects as well as those for the major supermarket chains. The services we have been commissioned to provide have included the compilation of cost plans and budget forecasts, procurement strategies, commercial management of projects in construction and the financial settlement of such projects both with Employers and the supply chain.
